Outbox Microsoft Outlook Mac

Hi guys So helping out few people, all on Mac (latest version) along with the latest version of Outlook. All is fine apart from a shared calendar they have access to, they are unable to cancel their own meeting they enter in this particular shared calendar, the cancellations get stuck in Outbox. Go back to the Outlook menu and again select 'Work Offline', which will un-check that option and allow you to do a S/R. Editorial: It is not only Microsoft that slights Macintosh, many software vendors are cheesy about Mac support. It is simply the cross we bear.
